Basic Sweet-n-Sour
Sweet-n-Sour vegetables, perfect to accompany with any Asian dish!
Ingredients
- 6 radish
- 4 small carrots
- 1 red onion
- 3,5 tsp sugar
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 1 cup hot water
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Slice the radish and red onion. Dice the carrots
- To a bowl or pot: add all the other ingredients
- Mix well until the sugar is dissolved
- Add the vegetables to the pot and let it soak in the fridge for at least an hour
- The red onion will turn pink and the water will turn red
